Fixes:

- Holding A and D while standing at a wall no longer glitches out your character
- When leaving town, falling off the screen now kills you, rather than softlocking
- You cannot teleport below the lava and softlock yourself in the last level
- Lava moves slower to be less punishing
- Beeping noises are less aggressive
